From plan to result. One contact.

Five phases, always the same, whether you come to us for software, for a grant or for both. Each phase has a visible result and a cost put in writing before we start.

The method
01

Analysis

A free meeting, at our office or on a video call. We look at where time is lost, what is done by hand, what is missing, and what works and should stay.

What you getAn honest picture of where you stand and a one-page proposal.

02

Plan

What to build and what to buy ready-made, in what order, with what timing and cost. A useful first version soon is better than a big project in a year.

What you getA written quote, in phases, with the expected results of each one.

03

Funding

We check whether a grant covers the investment, even in part. If there is one, we prepare the application and align the timing. If there isn't, we go ahead anyway: the project has to stand on its own.

What you getThe application submitted, or the certainty that there was nothing useful.

04

Build

We build it ourselves, in short releases: every few weeks you see something that works, you try it and tell us what to change.

What you getUsable versions from the first weeks, not a delivery in the dark.

05

Launch and run

We train the people who will use it, go live and handle the grant reporting. Then we stay your point of contact: maintenance, new features, the next grants.

What you getA tool in use, a grant received, and a contact who knows your business.

Who it's for

Three kinds of client.

SMEs

Small and medium businesses

Craft businesses, retail, services, restaurants, manufacturing. A process to improve and a grant that can help pay for it.

Professionals

Freelancers

People who work alone or with a small team: invoicing, calendar, answering clients, admin in order.

Firms

Firms and associations

Accountants, consultants and associations that want to offer grant search, click day filing (first-come, first-served grants) or training to their own clients.

Why one single contact

Fewer people involved, fewer things lost. With one contact the project stays consistent from the application to the final report.

What we promise

  • Written quotes, in phases, before we start
  • A reply within one working day
  • Saying no when a project or a grant makes no sense
  • Code and data that belong to you

What we don't do

  • Guarantee grants
  • Sell one-size-fits-all packages
  • “Online presence” with no measurable goal
