Good tools need skills. We teach them.

Company courses, often funded, and one-to-one coaching for owners and teams. On AI and digital tools, admin work, the software we install, and click days (the first-come grant portals).

Two formats

With your team or on your own.

Team courses

Group courses designed around your team and your processes, on site or online. From half a day to several modules, with exercises on your real cases.

Often funded through interprofessional training funds and regional vouchers. We check this first and handle the paperwork ourselves.

AI

AI and digital tools

Assistants, automation, document reading: what to delegate and what not to, with exercises on your own workflows.

Admin

Admin management

E-invoicing, deadlines, documents, and working with your accountant and the CAF (tax assistance centre).

Software

Our software

Management software, Segretaria Smart and the other tools we install. Software that nobody uses well is just a cost.

Funded training

Four steps. We do the paperwork.

01

Check

Which funds your business can access: interprofessional training funds, regional vouchers, open grants.

02

Plan

Content, length, participants and schedule, in the format the fund requires.

03

Approval

We submit the request and follow it through. The course starts only once it is covered.

04

Course

We deliver the course, collect attendance and materials, and report to the fund.

An honest note

Not every business can access the funds, and not every course can be funded. If your training does not qualify, we tell you straight away and suggest the paid format that fits best.
