Privacy notice

This is a courtesy translation; the Italian version is the legally binding one. Notice provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller. Be Smart S.r.l.s., Viale Giuseppe Tullio 13, 33100 Udine (UD), VAT no. 03031220308, certified email (PEC) besmartsrls@pec.it, email info@besmartitalia.it.

Data processed. The data you enter in the contact forms (first and last name, company, VAT number, phone, email, message content) and the browsing data collected technically by the server (IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser), which are needed for the site to work.

Purposes and legal basis. To respond to requests for contact, reviews and demonstrations (pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); to manage the security and proper functioning of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f); to send marketing communications only if you have given specific consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time; to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

Retention. Data from contact requests is kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if no contractual relationship follows, for no more than 24 months. Browsing data is kept for the technically necessary time and in any case for no more than 12 months. If a contract is signed, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the legally required periods afterwards.

Recipients. Data may be processed by authorised Be Smart staff and by suppliers acting as data processors: hosting and email services, contact and form management tools. Data is not disclosed or transferred outside the European Union, except to suppliers that provide adequate safeguards under the GDPR.

Whether providing data is mandatory. Providing data in the forms is optional, but without the data marked as required we cannot respond to your request.

Your rights. You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@besmartitalia.it or to the certified email address besmartsrls@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookie policy

This site uses only technical cookies and technologies that are necessary for it to work and to remember your browsing preferences; it does not use its own profiling cookies. No consent is required for these cookies.

The site loads some resources from third-party providers: fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. When these are loaded, your browser communicates with those providers' servers, which may collect technical data such as your IP address in accordance with their own privacy notices (Google: policies.google.com/privacy).

If in the future we enable traffic measurement or marketing tools, you will be asked for consent through a dedicated banner before they are activated, and this page will be updated.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you disable technical cookies, some features of the site may not work properly.
